Special thanks to the teacher and students of class 301 from PS/IS 41 in Brownsville for allowing me to work with them to create their poem about Spring.  After a brief discussion about what we wanted to accomplish, the class worked as a group to create the following poem.  Their enthusiasm to complete the poem was worth it.

All About Spring

The flowers bloom at day,
While winters gone away.
Warm beautiful season,
Sunshine gives a reason.
Insects fly around,
Birds sing from the ground.
No more hibernation,
Across this fine Nation.
As the butterflies,
Take off to the skies.
I love what seasons bring,
All at the start of spring.
